Introducing the SGOBRO (Salty Gears Offroad Bronco)!

The team at Salty Gears started out with a stock 2023 Ford Bronco Outer Banks. The goal for this build was to end up with a head turning and reliable daily driver that can tackle any weekend adventure such as running desert roads or climbing up slickrock. The foundation of the build is an Icon Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 tubular lift kit, which gave us the needed space to fit a 37-inch BFGoodrich Mud TerrainTA KM3 wrapped around a Black Rhino Primm true beadlock wheel. To complement the lift and larger tires, we added Addictive Desert Designs front and rear bumpers equipped with enough Baja Designs lumens to light up the whole sky. We also installed a full skid plate system as well as some tubular rock sliders as an extra precaution. With the exterior complete, the last thing to do to the Bronco was to wake up the engine. We installed a K&N air filter and a Borla axle-back exhaust. The combination of the intake and exhaust woke up the 2.7 liter Ecoboost engine perfectly. For the full list of parts see below:
